Creamy Vanilla Matcha smoothie (vegan)

Ingredients
  • 1,5 cup (350 ml) of water*
  • 20 g of cashews or almonds*
  • 10 g of hemps seeds (can be excluded)
  • ½ avocado (around 50 g)
  • 30 g of frozen banana
  • 1 date (7 g)
  • 10 drops of stevia**
  • ½ tsp matcha (1g)
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla powder
  • 6-7 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Blend the cashews with the water until you have a white cashew milk OR add 300ml of premade cashew milk or another plant based milk to the blender.
  2. Add all the other ingredients, except the ice cubes, and blend it together.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender and give it a quick blend so the ice cubes get crushed into pieces.
  4. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
Notes
* You can replace the water and cashews with 300ml of your favorite plant based milk.
** if you don't have stevia you can add in more banana or a few more date to count for the missing sweetnes-effect of stevia. Note however that this will raise the sugar content of the smoothie.
